After spending Saturday morning learning some basic meditation skills, I had every intention of starting a regular habit.
Something went wrong!
Busy,busy,busy!!!!!
I felt that I had so much to do and so little time to achieve it in, I actually did nothing apart from worry about how I wasn't getting anything done. Absolutely no time for meditation!!
If I had taken 10 minutes out to meditate, I'm sure I would have gained some clarity, settled my chattering brain and been much more efficient.
Next week, I will adapt a different approach and attempt to meditate for 10 minutes when I get home from work. Hopefully this will calm my brain and result in some constructive use of my spare (and very precious) time at home with my family.
