What went well in February?
I've started meditating every morning for 12 minutes over the last week and followed it with some sun salutations. I've noticed that I have become calmer and more relaxed. My parents have also noticed a change in me and they were unaware of these new activities.
Skin brushing and a cold shower have also become a daily routine and I'm very pleased that I have managed to lose six pounds this month ( although I have no intention of getting it back ). I'm aiming for another six pounds.
So my plans for March are to continue with my new habits. I am aiming to have a green smoothie every day and increase my intake of water.
I'm slowly starting to develop an interest in yoga which is being fuelled by the use of Instagram and some amazing photos by some awesome women. I think I am going to try to join in with #invertyoselfmarch and #backbendmadness2014 - photos will follow.
