Found a useful site with reference information regarding % body fat, % hydration etc.
My Week One results are
Weight ⬇️5.3 pounds
Body Fat % ⬇️2.4%
Hydration % ⬆️1.7%
I may still be classed as obese by the table above but it's a step in the right direction 😇.
